These terms cover your use of Belfry (belfry.tv), operated by C2 Technology Systems, LLC. By creating an account or using Belfry, you agree to them.
Belfry tracks the TV shows and movies you follow and reminds you when new episodes or releases arrive — by email, web push, text, or calendar — plus tools to import your history from other trackers, mark episodes watched, and get AI-assisted recommendations through Ask Belfry.
You sign in with a magic link (a one-time email link) or an OAuth provider (like Google). You’re responsible for keeping access to your email or OAuth account secure, since that’s how Belfry verifies it’s you.
Use Belfry for its intended purpose: tracking and getting reminded about shows and movies you actually watch. Don’t abuse the service — no scraping or reselling Belfry’s data, no attempting to break its notification, import, or Ask Belfry systems, and no using the account or household features to circumvent paid-plan limits.
Belfry’s Free tier is free forever. Pro and Family are paid annual subscriptions; Lifetime is a single one-time payment. Family and Lifetime plans include household seats shared with up to 4 other people. All fees are billed by Paddle, our merchant of record — Paddle handles your payment details; Belfry never sees your card number.
Cancel anytime from your account. You keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for — no early cutoff. See the Refund Policy for money-back terms.
Show, movie, episode, and availability data is provided by TVmaze, TMDB, and JustWatch, as-is, and may contain errors, gaps, or delays that Belfry doesn’t control.
We work to keep Belfry reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upstream outages (email, SMS, catalog data), or unforeseen issues can cause downtime or delayed reminders.
Belfry is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for missed reminders, indirect damages, or reliance on third-party catalog data.
